Clayton County, Georgia Commissioner Arrested for DUI

A Clayton County, Georgia Commissioner was arrested for  DUI around 2:30 AM on February 19, 2011 after  Atlanta Police observed a red Mustang driving wrecklessly out of a parking lot near Metropolitan Parkway in Southwest Atlanta.  Officers got the vehicle to stop but the driver refused to cooperate.

The suspect was transported to the Atlanta Grady Detention Center for DUI processing and later released on a $4,300 bond.
