Jefferson GA Municipal Court

The Municipal Court of Jefferson handles city ordinance violations, traffic offenses, and other misdemeanors, including DUI and shoplifting, that occur within Jefferson City limits. Court is held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month. Arraignments are held on the 2nd Tuesday and bench trials are held on the 4th Tuesday. Judge David Quilliams presides over the Court.
